Return Policy Overview
1. Return Window
You may request a return or refund within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
2. Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original, unused condition:
- Tags: All original tags must remain attached.
- Dust Bags & Packaging: Items sent in dust bags must be returned inside them, as these are considered an essential part of the product.
- Footwear (If applicable): Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface to prevent scuffing. Returns showing signs of wear will not be accepted.
Please note: Monarva reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

To start your return process, please follow these steps:

- Subject Line: You must use the following format for your email subject line to ensure your request is processed quickly:“Return Refund Invoice #[Your Order Invoice No.]”
- Await Instructions: Our team will respond with further instructions on how to ship your item back to us.
Refunds & Fees
Restocking Fee
Please be aware that a restocking fee of $30 USD will be deducted from your total refund amount. This fee covers the costs associated with inspecting, repackaging, and restocking returned items to ensure our high standards of quality are maintained.

- Once your order is processed, domestic shipping typically takes 3-4 business days.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to PO Boxes.
- We currently do not ship to FPO/APO addresses within the United States.
- Please provide a valid physical street address for all orders.
