Domestic Shipping

How long does domestic shipping take?

Domestic shipping typically takes 3-4 business days after order processing.

Are there any domestic shipping restrictions?

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or any FPO/APO addresses within the United States.

International Shipping

Does MONARVA offer international shipping?

At present, we do not offer international shipping. We are actively working towards expanding our shipping capabilities in the future.

Order Processing

How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Orders placed on weekends will begin processing on the following Monday, while orders placed on holidays will start processing the next business day.

Who is responsible if a package is lost or damaged during shipping?

MONARVA is not liable for any packages lost or damaged in transit. Once a package has been shipped, we are unable to reroute it. Please note that we do not offer Saturday shipping options.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item for a refund?

To initiate a return or refund, please contact us via email at info@monarva.com within 14 days of delivery, using the subject line “Return Refund Invoice #[order invoice no.]”.

When will I receive the invoice for my order?

All items must be returned in their original condition with tags still attached. Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface and show no signs of wear. Items sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, as they are considered part of the product.

Is there a restocking fee?

Please be aware that a restocking fee of $30 will be deducted from your refund.

Order Cancellations and Address Changes

How can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel your order or make changes to your shipping address, please call us at +1 858 380 5964 as soon as possible.

When can I make address changes?

Please note that address amendments can only be made before your order has been shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change or cancel the shipment with the courier.

Pre-Orders

Are estimated shipping dates for pre-orders guaranteed?

Shipping dates provided for Pre-Order items are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Due to factors beyond our control, such as production delays, shipping dates may be subject to change.

What happens if there are delays or cancellations for pre-ordered items?

All Pre-Order items are susceptible to potential delays and cancellations during the production process. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
